Fannin County Hospital Authority has, as its mission, the development of sustainable programs gained from the receipts of participation in the Governmental Programs, to improve the delivery of healthcare to the citizens of Fannin County through the goals established by the Board of Directors which is the governing body for the Hospital

Clark Sanderson,

Clark Sanderson is a life-long resident of Fannin County.  Clark is the principal of Sanderson Surveying, a professional land surveying firm formed in 1989.  Clark has served as President of the Board of Directors for Fannin County Hospital Authority since its inception in 2012 and previously served on the Board of Directors for Red River Regional Hospital.

Monica Kissling,

Monica was installed on the Fannin County Hospital Authority Board in 2017.  An 11 year resident of Fannin County, she and her husband, Brad, have raised their 5 children here.   Monica holds a bachelor’s degree and has held a variety of community leadership roles, including six years of service on the Bonham ISD school board.   She also currently serves on the Bonham Education Foundation and is an early education teacher at Morning Star Academy.  Monica enjoys the country life in Duplex and looks forward enhancing the healthcare of her Fannin County neighbors.

Sharee Owens,

Sharee Owens has served on the Fannin County Hospital Authority Board of Directors since 2016.  Sharee has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from TCU and a Bachelor’s in Speech Communications.  Sharee is active in her community and serves Fannin County as the Owner/Operator of Hoffman-MRAZ Care Home since 2009  – a non-profit organization that provides housing to Veterans and Indigent individuals.  Hoffman-MRAZ is licensed by the State of Texas, Department of Aging and Disability.  Hoffman MRAZ Care Home offers a home environment and always has a waiting list of those wanting to be part of this CARE HOME.  Sharee’s care and attentiveness to her family and community has made her a prize possession and a perfect fit for the Fannin County Hospital Authority Board of Directors.
Wendy Brinlee Keeton, Director
Wendy Brinlee Keeton, Director
Mrs. Wendy Brinlee Keeton has lived in Fannin County for fifty-eight years. She has been with Sam Rayburn I.S.D. since August 1993 and has taught business, computer science classes, as well as being the Technology Director, UIL Coordinator, Beta Sponsor, Principal and now serviing as District Director of Support Services. Her and her husband Dennis have lived in Ivanhoe for forty-six years and are owners of Keeton Cattle and Keeton Beef.  Mrs. Keeton received her Bachelor of Science Business Administration from East Texas University in 1993. She received her Masters of Educational Administration from Texas A&M Commerce in 2006 and her Superintendent Certification from University of Texas at Tyler in 2008.  Wendy is currently attending Texas A&M Commerce for her Doctorate in Educational Administration. She loves working with the students and staff to create the best possible learning environment for the students of Sam Rayburn.  Mrs. Keeton has served on the board since it's inception. Wendy enjoys living in the country and looks forward to the enhancement of healthcare in Fannin County. ​

Erin Holt is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a private counseling practice in  Bonham, Texas.  She received her B.A. in Psychology from Austin College and a M.Ed. in counseling from University of North Texas.  Erin specializes in working with individuals, couples, teens, and families.  She also is active in the community its serving on several boards and volunteering her time in organizations that benefit the children of Fannin County. ​

Patricia McBean,
Secretary

Patricia McBean has served as the Director of Nursing at TMC Bonham Hospital since 2017.  She
received a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Texas A&M University, a Bachelor of Science in
Nursing from UT Arlington, and a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Walden University.  Patricia is a
Board Certified Nurse Executive, Inpatient Obstetric Nurse, and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.   She
has over 29 years’ experience in health care throughout various locations and roles. Patricia moved to
Dodd City with her daughter and two sons in 2018. She loves living in Dodd City and enjoys supporting
the DC Hornets where her son, Luke, is a junior.  Patricia is active in the community and volunteers for
multiple organizations. She is very excited and honored to serve on the Fannin County Hospital
Authority Board of Directors and is looking forward to contributing to the enhancement of healthcare in
Fannin County.

Kelly Trompler,
​Director

Kelly Trompler graduated from Bonham High School and went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree from East Texas State University in 1994.  She received a Master of Educational Administration degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 2008.  Mrs. Trompler has been in education for a total of 28 years.  "I am very proud of the fact they have all been with Bonham ISD!"  Those years include 7 years teaching, 7 years as Instructional Technologist, 2 years as Assistant Principal, 2 years as Elementary Curriculum Director, seven years as Assistant Superintendent, and 3 years as Superintendent.   She also serves on the Fannin County Behavioral Health Leadership Team Board, the Bonham Rotary Club Board and is the Secretary of Chi Lambda.  She married Kevin in 1994, and they have two children, Kade (23) and Kylee (16).

Fannin County Hospital Authority was established on October 29, 2012 pursuant to Chapter 264 of the Texas Health and Safety Code by the Commissioners Court of Fannin County.  The purpose of the Fannin County Hospital Authority is to improve access to quality healthcare in Fannin County by participating in a supplemental payment program.
